Designed for our Paseo de Gracia Penthouse project, this unit embodies cabinets, bookshelves and disguises Air conditioning machines.

This capacious custom made furniture has multiple 90cm wide sliding doors, framed in white metal, some of which are covered in the broze-tinted mirror, others in woven wicker. Both materials warm up the environment. Mirrors allow us to reflect and create new views, allowing the eyes to bounce back into space rather than looking at a wall or surface. While wicker softens the atmosphere and has sound-absorbing capacities.

The library has a black metal tubular structure, finished with a graphite colour textured pain and it’s detailed with brass feet and bolts giving a gold touch. Its chunky cylinders bear thick shelves, lacquered in sand colour, whilst caging the low units that disguise more storage and the air conditioning devices. The skirting board in the lower part of the units is perforated to allow the machines to ventilate.

In Paseo de Gracia the whole unit defines and completes the 84 square meter living and dining space, reflecting images of the beautiful skyline.

“We love how this piece integrates perfectly into the space, allowing the views to be appreciated from any angle of the room. Great attention to detail.”
